MONTH-TO-DAY OF COORDINATING SERVICES DETAILS
6 Months of Pre-Wedding Meetings Preparation of Wedding Weekend Timeline | Schedule
Communication with Vendors (2) Weeks Prior to Wedding
Day Coordination of Wedding Vendors for Check-In and Setup on Wedding Day
Day of Coordination (8 to 12 Hours) with (1) Lead Coordinator and (2) Assistants Onsite
Communicate with DJ Entertainment to Cue Music and Order of the Ceremony and Reception
Assist Photographer/Videographer with Coordination of Pre-Ceremony Pictures and Post-Ceremony Pictures
Coordination of the Reception such as first dance, cutting of the cake, the toast, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc
Assists with packing all gifts and post-wedding accessories before the end of the wedding night.
